Description
Product overview — role & purpose
The Q-Bigfoot Kit is a set of clinical insoles designed for the Perfect Posture Test.
Q-Bigfoot insoles are designed to be placed directly on the floor: the client steps onto them naturally and remains still during measurement.
The circuits are encapsulated and fixed inside each insole — they do not move within the structure. This design combines:
-
ease of use,
-
mobility of the testing point (the insoles can be repositioned on the floor), and
-
high measurement reproducibility.
Commercial positioning (clarification)
• Target users: certified testers, clinics, testing centers, trade shows, and events.
• Value proposition: the most natural experience for the client — no complex stepping on/off as with stabilometry platforms, no need for a fixed testing plate — while ensuring that circuits remain immobile relative to the foot (internal stability).
• Differentiation: same clinical function as the Q-Box (Q-Pro calibration / Perfect Posture Test), but in an insole format — portable, fast to deploy, intuitive for users.
Kit contents (standard)
• 3 pairs of Q-Bigfoot insoles (Q-Alpha, Q-Theta, Q-Omega) — integrated and sealed circuits.
• Q-Bigfoot Elite Kit option: includes an additional integrated Q-Go pair.
• Insoles feature anti-slip backing, allowing safe placement on smooth surfaces and preventing movement during testing.
Key features & technical specifications
• Function: clinical floor insoles for executing the Perfect Posture Test (10–15 minutes).
• Circuits: passive (RFID-like) — no power supply; embedded and immobilized inside the insole (cannot slide under the foot).
• Top surface: AMF MP coating, 0.7 mm — comfortable, UV-printable surface for branding.
• Intermediate layer: Posteva eco 55, 1.5 mm — supplied with double-sided adhesive and pre-cut incisions for lamination.
• Base layer: Podiamic 150, 1.0 mm — adhesively bonded (laminated).
• Underside / grip: Progrip 0.5 mm — anti-slip finish for floor stability.
• Assembly: fully bonded construction (adhesive lamination)
- • Practical function: floor-based insoles with integrated, immobile circuits — enabling a natural test stance while ensuring measurement reproducibility.
• Packaging: bulk-packed by size or foam box depending on requirements (hygiene return procedure applies).
• Number of circuits:Standard kit: 8 (configurable) -
Elite kit: 10
• Warranty: circuits guaranteed for 2 years (see T&Cs).
• Hygiene & returns: insoles refundable within 30 days, subject to hygiene compliance and inspection (procedure detailed in T&Cs / returns page).
Setup & best practices (important)
-
Flat surface: place insoles side by side on a rigid, flat surface (tile, parquet, stable platform). Avoid thick carpet or unstable flooring.
-
Orientation: each insole is marked (toe / heel); align clearly before testing.
-
Client position: step on naturally, feet centered on each insole; maintain protocol posture (parallel feet, neutral gaze).
-
Relative fixity: circuits are fixed inside the insole.
-
Cleaning & hygiene: clean the top surface using a compatible disinfectant wipe.
-
Transport & deployment: insoles are easily repositioned on the floor — ideal for events — but must always be placed on a clean, flat surface to ensure reproducibility.
Protocol summary — adapted to insole format
The Perfect Posture Test (10–15 minutes) remains unchanged in principle:
-
baseline measurements (without technology),
-
application of the insoles (client steps on them),
-
Alpha → Theta → Omega sequence with re-measurements.
Key points for insole format: correct orientation, stable support surface, joint observation by tester and client.
Optional EMF demonstration for educational purposes.

Observed performance & limitations (reminder)
• Sensations: approximately 1 in 3 users report immediate sensations; absence of sensation does not imply absence of effect — objective before/after measurements confirm changes.
• Testability: approximately 1 in 200 individuals may be difficult to test (nervous overload, dehydration, emotional stress, etc.).
Concrete benefits for testers
• Rapid deployment (place two insoles vs installing a platform).
• More natural client experience — better acceptance and reduced effort.
• Mobility: testing location can be moved in under 10 seconds (ideal for events).
• Immobilized circuits → low measurement variability → increased confidence in recommendations.
Pricing & commercial models (summary)
• Intended for testers and centers: sold as a kit, included in training packs or offered as an upgrade (Junior / Senior).
• Commercial options: purchase, rental, Q-Bigfoot + Q-Box bundle.
See tester catalog for tiers and pricing (product page & catalog).
Warranty, service & hygiene
• Circuit warranty: 2 years.
• RMA procedure: R&D inspection (decision within 14 business days), refund or replacement per procedure (same as Q-Go / Q-Pro).
• Insole returns: refundable within 30 days under hygiene and inspection conditions (T&Cs).
Compliance & mandatory statement
Functional observations derived from internal testing. Not medical claims.
Always specify: non-invasive — passive — battery-free — electrode-free.
