Description
What you’ll feel (often from the very first use)
-
More “present” support: your foot grips the ground better, with a clearer feeling of grounding.
-
Smoother mobility: less stiffness, more ease in certain movements.
-
A more stable body: improved coordination and a more natural posture.
-
Simple routine: just a few seconds per foot, no device, no batteries.
What is it exactly?
The INP Fascia-Tool 3.0 is a tool inspired by gua sha, optimized for the skin and superficial fascia, with a specific focus on the sole of the foot (and, if needed, the hand).
The goal isn’t to force your body, but to restore information: when cutaneous and plantar sensors are better stimulated, your postural system can organize itself more efficiently.
It can also replace traditional gua sha tools for manual therapy, thanks to its thicker edge.
How to use it (ultra-simple routine)
-
A few seconds per foot — Glide the tool over 2–3 zones (e.g. heel, outer edge, big toe) using comfortable pressure.
-
Re-test a movement — Do a quick check: single-leg balance, hip flexion, ankle mobility… and observe the difference.
-
Repeat 1–2 times per day — Most effective approach: consistency + gentleness. No need to press hard.
Tip: if you’re new, start lightly (the skin adapts quickly). If you have specific skin sensitivity, avoid irritated areas.
Why version 3.0 is different
-
3.0 ergonomics: angles and grip designed for efficiency without hand tension.
-
Edges of different thicknesses: work both the arch and smaller areas around the toes.
-
Compact format: easy to carry, easy to integrate into a daily routine.
Material, hygiene, durability
Made from food-grade polymer, suitable for skin contact: washable, sterilizable, and built to last.
You can clean it with warm soapy water, disinfect it, and even put it in the dishwasher.
The “smart” combo with Q-Technology and Buddy Hackr Toe Separators
Combo logic
-
INP Fascia-Tool: improves signal quality (skin / plantar fascia)
-
Buddy Hackr Toe Separators: release the forefoot and widen the base of support
-
Q-Technology (Q-Go or Q-Pro): optimizes nervous system response
Before a session or a long day standing:
30–60 seconds per foot with the INP Fascia-Tool, then put on your shoes (or add the Buddy Hackr Toe Separators if you’re at home).
After:
2–5 minutes per foot to release the plantar arch and regain more comfortable support, using the thicker side of the tool.
If you use Q-Technology:
Re-test BEFORE / AFTER — the logic becomes immediately obvious.
